For new businesses and established businesses entering a new market, we typically conduct market research, competitive analysis, and situation analysis, before forming a strategy which includes main objectives, key offerings and benefits, and a communication plan with target audience profiling (groups), campaigns overview, content pillars, and media buy planning with budget allocation and forecast. Although the Eye Center offers unique expertise and unmatched customer experience, its suburban location (VS city-center hospitals with eye centers) and uninformed audience was a challenge when it comes to acquiring new customers. Unlike in

many Western countries, getting annual eye exams are not at all common in Thailand. Thus, creating awareness and educating their target audience on the importance of comprehensive eye exams and benefits of Australian-standard eye care was one of the main objectives of the Eye Center’s social media efforts. We created target audience profiles for 8 different groups of potential customers and developed a marketing funnel and social media campaigns suitable for a monthly advertising budget of $1000 US. Through strategic storytelling and visual communication, we helped the client reach their revenue goals within just 2 months.
