Through extensive research, we determined that agricultural powerhouse Thailand would be a great market for this innovative product. We deep dived into its marketing landscape and developed a winning strategy and brand identity that inspires and resonates with the audience.

As fertilizer prices soar, a longtime importer and distributor of agro industry products decided to bring this “miracle” natural biostimulant to Southeast Asia. After considering the possibilities and limitations including barriers to entry of key markets such as Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand, we saw high potential in Thailand for this type of product and compiled research to build an effective digital marketing strategy. Our competitive analysis showed that similar products/alternatives are gaining popularity in Thailand, with a sizeable market value. We wanted to introduce a

product that stands out on shelves and is visually engaging, communicating Super Kelp’s key benefits and brand values in a manner that is both fun and impactful. With that in mind, our team developed a brand identity inspired by retro Thai countryside/folk aesthetics. Our key visuals utilized vibrant colors, halftone printing effects, iconic Thai “pa-kao-ma” patterns, and zinc roof panels to create the desired effect. This project, one of our 2023 favorites, is currently ongoing. We expect to launch by the end of 2023, after which we will continue to execute our social media strategy.
