Daylight Saving is an artisanal gelateria sharing "one extra hour of happiness" through fun, creative flavors. One year after their big launch, we stepped in to help increase brand awareness and build affinity among target audiences.

During our first consultation, we realized that Daylight Saving struggled with brand consistency and had trouble reaching potential customers online. This was easily fixed with a clear social media art direction, new packaging designs, and a new set of engaging visuals for more memorable branding. We took the time to understand their goals, potential, and the unique challenges of their business. For example, having a single storefront with outdoor-only seating in Bangkok, outside the city center, is less than ideal. We decided to focus on online sales (via delivery platforms), catering, and B2B collaboration, building awareness and affinity

through social media. Our strategy consisted of profilings of various target groups, content pillars and planning, campaign overviews, and communication plan. We shortlisted suitable KOLs or influencers and shared recommended mechanics or how to engage with each KOL. The team behind Daylight Saving was very receptive to our ideas and suggestions. Our collaboration has been ongoing since April 2023, and focused on creative content ideation, caption copywriting, and media buy (advertising) on Facebook and Instagram.
